Its been a week and my therapist hasnt returned my call what do i do?!
Question: im going throught some VERRY tough situations and thisis the time i need her the most. the last timewe spoke was in oct, because of family issues i suddenly had to disappear....do i callback once more or? why is she doing this! :(

Bet she is just really busy or did not get your message. Call her back and explain the urgency. Or write her a note and take it by her office.
Call back...ask the receptionist if he/she is in town? If the Therapist is booked then try asking for a referral? Continue to seek the help you need.
well you didn't see her since Oct and its march now you took off some where did you inform her ? you will had to call and see what they can do to help you get a therapist or counselor if you just blew them off, at the agency, you should have known better,i know you said that you had family issues and we all do but please call them because there working to help you and some one Else could have profited for wen your wasn't there
Try calling her again & give her times to call you back...tell her you want to make an appt.
You just disappeared from therapy? How long ago was it that you saw her as opposed to talking with her? Did you owe $? Can you pay now?

You make it sound like you're a victim. You didn't just have to disappear you could have gone for a last session.
