Listen to music, doodle, write a note to someone, write a song, pass notes to someone and that's all I do :)
Pay attention and do your work. If that fails try doodling and look out the window. Or try finding an illness or colour or food or place or animal etc for every letter of the alphabet.
If you focus on paying attention then you will be much beter off.Besides, you won't have to come on here begging for homework help because you weren't paying attention.
Pay attention in the class. For all you know, all the boring stuff your teacher is droning on and on about might be on a final.
