divert your thinking into something that requires vigorous body movements... like dancing, jogging, boxing... or whatever. make sure you have a music player with you. lol :)
you might wanna talk to someone about it. that would be your mom, or your dad, or anyone closest to you in the family, or even your bestfriend. :)
find what helps you unwind and relax, and do it as often as possible
get a girlfriend and some antidepressant.
Do something nice for someone,that always helps me.

It is very hard to start but when you exercise your body release endorphins. Happy juice at the worst you will be healthier.
Without knowing exactly whats making it rough its hard to tell what changes would help.The nature of life is going to give plenty of hard times.Hard times are growing times so learn all you can and don't waste the pain.Everyday is a new chance to start again and do things differently.Drowning yourself in pleasure is not the permenant way to solve issues.
