How destructive can an adult suffering manic-depression be? to add...?!
Question: This 53 year old person also messes with testosterone for her libido, to the point she grows a few hairs on her chest, and also as a result of a formidable past has a tough time living reality without lying. Yes it sound like I understand well, what I would like to know is, how destructive can this behavior become, worst case scenario?

Well, the most destructive someone can become in a manic cycle would be to irrationally kill someone else...and in the depressive cycle the most destructive they could be would be to kill themselves. Generally, a true manic will perform other impulsive acts that tend to screw up their lives...like spending their life savings in a weekend, having multiple unprotected sex partners without discretion, etc. Generally in the depressive cycle they will do things like miss enough work to get fired, not eat or drink and become dehydrated or malnourished, binge on alcohol, take drugs, etc.
