By definition 100 is the average IQ, so you are above average, and in the range for the most successful and productive people in society, which is 90 to 120.

Above 140, and people seem to have trouble fitting in and often have dificulties at home and work.

I have read reports that psychologists using indirect measurement techniques generally agree on an IQ of less than 90 for GW Bush. So if a moron like him can be prez, who knows what you could be.

For the record, my IQ was 135 when I was 13, I am now 56 and just tested again and I am now 135.

IQ is based on standard testing for example vocabulary words, figuring out puzzles, answering Trivia questions about history and geography.

Bottom line.....Read!
Read anything and everything, look at knowledge as a menu

115 is still good.

Do brain exercises or do puzzles.

Sudoku. That brain challenge game on the DS...

Just play loads of logic games && things like that. Mine use to be 112. Now its 134.

It's only a little bit but trust me. Your IQ improves. ^.^

115 is good but if you want to increase it you will do thing like brain teaser ad unsolve puzzes all the other thing.

Challenge your mind. The more you know the more you understand.

READ READ READ READ ever notice people who read more are smarter! that's the trick my friend! make your brain learn new ideas and tricks!

115 is actually pretty good. You'd be surprised. Regardless, math and reading are the two ways to improve your IQ. When I was studying math, my IQ tests were better than they are now. Nevertheless, after I read War and Peace, I actually became smarter! I could talk better and remember more. My intellectual capacity actually grew quite a bit! It has been two years since I read it and I am still smarter. Reading that book and playing lots of chess were two things that made an immediate difference in my intelligence. Happy reading!

I agree with doing brain puzzles, riddles, and things of that nature.
Here is a good site: www.braingle.com

you really wont be able to increase it by much if anything...
and online tests are innacurate, get a real one.
