Question: what do i do with daughter 21 who has aimee husband and child.. daughter 16 who has aimee bf..should mention the older child has a realionship with first cousin who is the same sex.. they say they have different people living inside them..male and female..confuse here.. dont people with mutipyly personanilyt rarely know each other. but both my girls and cousine other personaity talke with each other.. are they playing us

Sounds like they are playing you or else they are confused about the feelings and they're inventing that in their head to try and make sense of it or give an excuse as to why it is happening. Multiple personality is very, very rare, brought on by severe trauma and abuse. If there has never been trauma and abuse with these girls, they are making it up. If there has been, you'd have to get them to a doctor to diagnose them.
