I would approach them rationally. Don't show anger towards them. If you show that then they will respond.

Is there someone you can talk too? Higher management? Supervisor?

You could also try counseling. How to manage people skills of communication.

The best thing is to leave. I have lost count how many jobs I walked away from because of bullying or just not fitting in, or simply hating the job.

You spend a lot of your life at work, and it is too long to be miserable. Find another job, there are plenty around.

leave and get something else..it really is your only option

First, double posting your question isn't going to help you. It can actually get you into trouble. Consider my answer from you last post. Good luck.

Basically your the mature one and they are the immature ones who have nothing else better to do. Just let them get on with it and ignore it as much as possible, the more they realise they are not getting to you, they will back off eventually and give up. Whenever they start intimidating you, just say "whatever" and then ignore them, don't bite as the saying goes... They will stop eventually and probably move on to the next... These are teenagers that just have not grown up and enjoy bullying, what comes around goes around remember that...
Good Luck...

You should never, ever touch someone no matter how angry you are (unless, of course, you're defending yourself for safety reasons). If your immediate supervisor did not handle the inappropriate letter you received, then you should have gone to your HR Rep or the lead manager of the business you're working for. At this point, I'd recommend that you get a lawyer because you may be charged with assault.

Build a case against them to have them dismissed, tape conversations with discriminating evidence, then once you have the evidence take it too your employer if your employer doesnt do anything about it, sue the employer. Other option is too leave, but thats nearly last resort, last resort is hit them, but would advise using this method. Good luck.

your 49 and you can't even spell stupid o dear, they prolly pick on you because they think your easy to push around, and by the sounds of it, no offense you have a screw loose somewhere, and since there quite young they prolly get a right good laugh picking on someone with a disabliltty like this one. sounds harsh i know but someone had to come clean here

I'd say the best thing you can do is resign its obviously causing alot of problems and you go to work to earn money and achieve if these problems are stopping your from achieving then definetly look elsewhere
good luck let me know how it goes

have you tried EQUITY.
