Im looking for a safe and effective all-purpose cleaner that I can use around the kitchen and in the bathroom that is bactericidal without being harmful to my health. I have chemical sensitivities. Many people tell me to use vinegar since it is safe. But does vinegar really kill germs? Is it bactericidal? Just because something is acidic(like vinegar or a lemon) does it mean it kills germs?
I tryed bleach and it does live up to its claims. I diluted a tablespoon of bleach mixed with 32 ounces of water. However, bleach seems to irritate my lungs somewhat. What about ammonia is that effective? Hydrogen peroxide? Im looking for a product based on facts that works and is safe.
Which all purpose cleaners work the best?
