Does any one know how to help a sick person like me get better. i have a terrible cold no money for medicine?

Hopefully you have a little money for some of the suggestions mentioned above. But if you don't, the best thing you can do is drink LOTS of fluids and rest. The fluids actually help to flush the virus out of your system. Your immune system is more responsive with it's rested. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.
