Should i take melatonin?

i have trouble sleeping because i have many things on my mind like allmy school projects and the future. i always think about stuff when i am laying in bed. i researched it and it says that it's natural and just helps u sleep easier. sometimes i don't fall asleep until like 2-4am. and i have to wake up at 640am to get ready for school. so i need more hrs of sleep. what do u think?


Answers:

Before you go to sleep, try to meditate for a while. This means shutting yourself to thoughts. It takes great practise. But if you keep at it, for half an hour before you actually hit the bed, you may find that it helps.

There are of course other methods such as not drinking coffee too near bedtime and taking a warm bath before sleeping.
