I have trouble sleeping. Tried all the prescription sleep pills. Anyone have any remedies for me?

If you've exhausted other possibilities, such as eating habits, lifestyle, etc. You could try Melatonin. It's an herbal supplement. The body releases melatonin to signal sleepiness, normally triggered by darkness. However, if your body doen't release enough melatonin it makes it difficult to feel sleepy, fall asleep, and stay asleep. I actually sleep better in the day time because of an inbalance of melatonin in my system. Also, since it's not a prescription drug, and something that's natrually in your body, side affects and addictions are next to none. It won't knock you out like a shot of NyQuill, but it will help to smooth out your night. hope that helps!
