Twitching Eye.....?!

Twitching Eye.....?
....strange I know. My left eye keeps twitching and has been for the last couple of months. It's not the eye ball or the eye lid, but the part of skin just below the bottom eyelashes.
Has anyone got any remidies or suggestions to get rid of it? I don't think at this stage I need to visit a doctor and would prefer a natural/herbal alternative, so any suggestions welcome.

It's a sign or a side effect of stress so the best thing to do is to try and relax, easier said than done I know!
