If I eat one cup of plain yogurt everyday can I also take Acidophilus capsules?
It seems my antibiotics are beginning to cause yeast infections. I am not willing to give up the antibiotics ( cystic acne) so I am wondering if I have even more Acidophilus, if it will help? I do eat a cup of plain yogurt everyday, I love it.
