Wow, that sounds rough. It looks like you are going to have to lay off of the hard core exercise for a while, and do the PT. Some anti-inflammatory supplements to take are:
Glucosamine Sulfate ~1500 mg daily
Omega 3 fatty acids ~1gram/day
Turmeric ~350 mg/day
Try to split this up to take it twice a day. And don't skimp on the brand.
