If I take it when I am first feeling sick with ANY virus, when I find myself thinking "I'm coming down with something" it has never failed to work. Wait until you are sick and it only works minimally. When it works it works within just a few hours. Like I feel I am getting sick in the evening I'll take it and wake up well in the morning.
