Does anyone take xanax? for pannic attacks? how do you take yours? i mean, do you take before going out to?

i take xanax, & need info & helpfull info & also would help knowing others has to take it, any links welcome to, thanks

I've done both. Waited until I reached panic attack mode, and also taken it well ahead of time in a stressful situation so I'd know I wouldn't get upset. You just have to know how your body reacts to it. When I take the highest milligram dosage, sometimes I fall asleep, so I don't take them unless I am at home or somewhere I won't be leaving for a time (driving after taking it would be impossible). But the lower dosages are fine for me to take when I'm out and about. You just need to know what your body can handle.
