Help with energy, concentration and memory?
I'm looking for natural, affordable, easy to find products that can help me have more energy, focus better, and/or also improve my short term memory. you guys know of anything that helps those areas. It doesn't have to be all three at once. if it helps just one area I'd like to check it out. also any activities you can suggest that might help those areas as well. thanks

Ginseng tea with green tea and add ginko supplement
This is great for exam time or for times when you need to concetrate, or for times when you need extra energy.
This will give you energy and help with concentration without the highs and lows of caffine as long as you do not take too much you will not be jiddery which helps when you have to study and sit still. If you need to stay up at night you can drink this at night to get you through. It was the only way I could get through working midnights
Go to an oriantal grocery store they have the best quality green tea
you can get the ginseng there as well the fresh is best
for the ginko take a supplement you can find them at any health food store follow the lable
Ginseng is particularly helpful for combating exhaustion and difficulties in concentrating. The herb also helps to speed recovery after and illness, or opperation. It can enhance mood and lift mild depression.
To make the tea
for each cup of boiling water
pour one cup boiling water over one teaspoon of grated ginseng. And 1/2 to one teaspoon of green tea leaves. Steep for ten min then strain. this tea helps to sharpen concentration. even in very elderly people.
you can have 2 to 4 cups of tea a day for up to three months do not drink before bed
Please note Do not take ginseng for longer thatn three months or at higher than recommended dosages, because doing so can cause sleep disturbances, restlessness or anxiety.
