Attention, memory vitamins?
I have Adult ADD, and had been looking at different herbal supplements for attention , focas, and memory. Just seeing what else is out there as far as quality and price. Any suggestions?

They not only improve memory but they cleanse and nourish the brain so it can heal. Also general toxicity can cause/make worse ADD. Think about getting a good bowel cleansing tonic...not one of those super fast cleansers but soemthing gentle for long term use. Dr. Christopher has the Lower Bowel formula which is exellent.
Omega 3 fatty acids are helpful as well.
