Do you find yourself creating your own Yoga poses/vinyasas?!

Do you find yourself creating your own Yoga poses/vinyasas?
I have been doing Yoga for three years and find myself spontaneously creating Yoga poses as my body commands. I know they are safe, because of my experience, as well as the benefits I receive. I also know that some, if not most of these poses already exist and I just stumbled upon them during my practice. Just wondering if this is common for seasoned practioners. Also, can anyone give a rough estimate of how many vinyasas there are? This may include varitation poses. I know it must be in the tens of thousands.

Unfortunately not for me yet, but as I yoga more often my flexebility increases and my muscles are more stronger.
