Dental Homeopathic Question, Please Help!?!

Question:

Dental Homeopathic Question, Please Help!?

I am scheduled to go to the dentist on July 2 for a root canal. I went in 3 wks ago and had it opened so the infection could drain. I also started taking Pennicillinum for the infection, which is homeopathic Pennacillin. So, I have been on the homeopathic Pennecillinum for over 2 wks and am going to take it until my apmt. I noticed today that my tooth was a little sensitive again...a slight dull aching pain that barely is noticeable. It's also just a tiny bit sensitive to the touch above that tooth. I am just concerned and I have a few questions. Could a homeopath please advise?

1. Will the Pennicillinum keep working like pharmacutical brands until my apmt?

2. Will rinsing with salt water eventually pull out the bacteria or kill the bacteria that is in the tooth still?

3. Dentists: Is it all the time necessary to crown a laderal tooth?

Thank you for your help.
If I have to, I do have pharmacutical pennacillin if I have to take it but I was trying to avoid that.

I wanted to add something in response to my first answer below regarding homeopathy being worth nothing. I trusted the Pennicillinum because every time I have needed homeopathy it has worked miracles. I am very confident that this antibiotic should work...however I do not know if taken for this long, if it would for some reason not work as well. I started taking this with a bad toothache....and for 3 wks I've had NO toothache and the infection is gone. I'm only getting concerned about infection returning now. I was given the antibiotic prescription for pharmacutical pennicillin by my dentist a month ago and have not taken it. So, I am under supervision.

Answers:

Salt water cannot get to the infection in your tooth. You need antibiotics.

"Pennicillinum" will do absolutely nothing to fight an infection. Oh it's perectly safe to take, but that is because the 'active ingredient' has been diluted to the point where it no longer exists. Never take homeopathy for (well, for anything since it does nothing and wastes your money) infections or other serious medical conditions!

Also you shouldn't take those real antibiotics without medical supervision. An incomplete treatment will just make things worse.

Please check out www.homeowatch.org for more information about homeopathy's claims and how those claims compare to the actual data gathered in research.

If you are having trouble with your tooth, you should call your dentist. They may want to phone in a scrip for a broad spectrum antibiotic, or at the very least, something for the pain.
