What is banaba and noni fruit can i get it here in india and how?

i don't kno wut banaba is but the noni fruit is cool. the fruit cures any sickness but it tastes really bad. u can only drink the juice. i kno it grows in the hawaiian islands but i don't kno if it is avalible in India.hope i helped a little bit.
