Did you ever end up getting a COLD possibly from taking anti biotics?

yep, took them for dental reasons a week ago.
Anyway, was wondering what I shall take to rebuild my immune system back up again?
Perhaps Noni juice? multi vitamin, extra C, + acidophilis?
anything else?

I HAD an infected tooth
this is why I had to take them, altho haven't consumed anti-biotics in 10 yrs. or more actually
hmmm, wish there was something different
