my 7yr old nephew has adhd and my sister doesn't like using prescription drugs, does anyone know any natural alternatives which she could use for him?

Sometimes ADHD is simply a personality or learning style. It is often over-diagnosed. Homeschoolers often begin to homeschool simply because they refuse to force their kids onto drugs pushed by the public school system.
So my personal advice would be to homeschool. It is not a supplement taken by mouth, but altering teaching style to fit the child's learning needs will solve the problem. Not all kids, especially little boys, can sit still and write all day. Nor should they.
