I realise Plastic Surgeons make money the easy way sometimes, but don't forget the real purpose for Plastic Surgery is to restore someone's looks after a terrible wound, in war or accidents or etc. For some of these people who really need it, all they ever want is to look just a little bit like they did...
With that in mind it seems selfish to alter your looks when you are perfectly healthy, so don't need it.
