I suffer from sinus headaches, what homeopathic remedy can anyone suggest? OTC remedies don't work 4 me.?

I get them so bad at night that I now have to sleep with a knit cap on my head to keep my head from swimming. I miss swimming with my kids because I'm always thinking the water in my ears will make my head swirl. I feel like my head is filled with water and my ears and eyes ache. I was diagnosed with Vertigo but was told there was nothing to cure that. (what is that actually?) Needing HELP!! Thx.
