What vitamins would I take if I have a crushed disk?!

Question:

What vitamins would I take if I have a crushed disk?

I don't want to have surgery or be on pain pills for the rest of my life for this crushed disk- I read about vitamin therapy for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and want to know if there's something similar.
