How does sleep crust occur?
I know I have a tendency to ask body-related questions, but I find the human body fascinating and am a little overly-curious.
So, how does sleep crust get there? And no, I don't want the Sandman as an answer!

it is simply dust that settles at the corners of the eyes, it combines with tears to make the crust, also some dry skin issues can add to the crustiness.
