Anywhere from about 2 or 3 times the normal dose at once is technically considered an overdose. It won't kill you. It will make you puke, give you stomach ulcers and a high chance of liver failure. Liver failure you could die from though- slowly and painfully over a period of months.

I believe it gives you stomach ulcers (lil wholes in your stomach that slowly leak acid to everything around it) and it should take a solid bottle of them to do the trick, but it's a rather painful way to go if you ask me.
