No. Studies have linked aspirin use in pregnant women to Reye's syndrome in the child. Take Tylenol (also called acetaminophen in the States or paracetamol in the UK) instead. For pregnancy aches and pains, you could also consult a naturopath, acupuncturist, massage therapist or osteopath for some non-toxic relief.

First you need to learn to spell pregnant. Second, NO you can not take aspirin (also misspelled) if you are pregnant. Tylenol is permissible, but is toxic to your liver. You can not take anything without the advice and consent of a licensed OBGYN doctor. I pray that you have seen a doctor regarding your pregnancy. This means, no illegal drugs, smoking (even second hand), and no alcohol.
