i have a vaginal infection and i am on medication but what else can i do to relieve the discomfort?

Natural yoghurt is supposed to be very cooling, but I can imagine it would be messy. Has your doctor not prescribed you cream to soothe the itching? If not I'd speak to your pharmacist who can recommend one for you.
