Question: What is the best fast acting cold medicine?
My nose is runny and stuffed, but I do not have a fever. I have also a slight cough. Please help!!!!!

Talk to the pharmacist about what would be best for you. Most of them act in the same way and do the same things, but your pharmacist will know if there is any other medication you are taking that would affect what is best for you.
Simple things you can do are drink plenty of fluids, including hot liquids, and breathing in the steam of the hot liquids will help. Throat lozenges may help with the cough.
