It depends on the antibiotic. Stuff like Keflex? and amoxicillin are fine, but if your drug is in the macrolide, tetracycline or fluoroquinolone class, you want to space them a few hours apart from anything containing calcium, magnesium, aluminum and/or iron.

Macrolides: azithromycin (Z-Pak?), clarithromycin, erythromycin.

Tetracyclines: doxycycline, minocycline and tetracycline itself.

Fluoroquinolones: ciprofloxacin (Cipro?), levofloxacin (Levaquin?), etc.

No. Antibiotics attack not just bad but good bacteria; over 96% of the bacteria in the human intestine is completely unknown to science - they didn't even know it was there until 2009, never mind what it does. Clostridium Difficile, a vicious, fatal bacterial infection is known to be a risk with antibiotic use.
Avoid antibiotics unless you have no choice. If you have to use them, take them with something like live natural yoghurt, or with food, never on an empty stomach.

it is never good on an empty stomach it will tear you up inside and you will feel sick for the rest of the day
