Question: Gonna try lsd for the first, how much to take?

So I have a few tabs of lsd that are avatars 200ug. I'm gonna take them with a friend, who also hasn't tried it, for the first time next week. Any advice on how much we should take? And please I don't want people telling me how stupid I am. At the end of the day im 19 years old wanted to have a ONE time experience.

The typical was is to start of with 1/2 of a tab and increase the dosage by 1/2 every 30 minutes as needed. You can get half of a dose out of a capsule by emptying the capsule in water and drinking half of the water.

just take one each. you can always do more after you see what it's like and how it effects you.
