Can a person's face turn red, due in some way to the use of cocaine?!

Question: Can a person's face turn red, due in some way to the use of cocaine?
One time I found out my husband had been smoking something in the bathroom, later (maybe an hour later) his face was quite red.

Other times also I saw his face and entire head turn red, which worried me, but he didn't seem to care at all when I mentioned it. I don't know on those other days, when or whether he had smoked anything. I came to know through the years that he was using, but he didn't actually take anything in front of me.

His face was VERY red, the last time I saw him. Then he was reported dead a few days later. I am wondering about the very red face he had the last time I saw him.

Also, someone said they saw him a day or so before, and his face was very pale then, they said. It is not at all normal for his face to be pale.

Could this come from cocaine? I read it constricts blood vessels. Could it also cause the redness?

Sure can.

avid coke user :-)

Yes it can. My ex sweated profusely & I always was suspicious of him but he lied & lied about it. We eventually divorced b/c of the lies, among other things. He eventually told me he'd quit b/c his job now required drug testing and I believed him. A few weeks later, he was found dead & it was a cocaine overdose. Cocaine abuse is very deadly. Sorry for your loss.

'Then he was reported dead'... That shocked me! It is possible to have a red face from cocaine use. It can, indirectly, make your heart rate increase. Sorry to hear about this.

yes it can but cocaine usually turns the nise big and red.
