Wormwood, for sure!. Its waaay more bitter than grapefruit seed extract or kelp!. I never tried poppy or wild lettuce, so I don't know how bad they are!.

The top 3 for me have been Wormwood, Poppy latex and Wild Lettuce latex!. *shudder* They were pretty equal to each other, as far as bitterness goes!.

The bitterest I have ever taken is Grapefruit Seed Extract!. It's BITTER! Whoa!
