Answers:
Dizziness can be caused by many, many things, including high or low blood sugar, impeded circulation, vertigo, blood pressure issues, problems with the inner ear, sicknesses such as nausea or the flu, even a brain tumour!. Scullcap is more known as a painkiller, an antispasmodic!. I am completely unfamiliar with its use as an antidizziness remedy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I haven't heard of skullcap in association with dizziness!.

Try these things:
1!. ginko biloba -- 40 mgs twice a day
2!. brahmari breath (a yoga technique)
and
3!. get tested for allergies

I had severe vertigo attacks for a couple of years!. They would come on suddenly, without warning!. We finally pinned it down to food allergies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. You're dizzy because you're either anemic or hypoglycemia!.
Get a blood test and check your ferritin levels!.
As for hypoglycemia, take this quiz:

Dizziness could be caused by blood pressure, either high or low or other things!. I went to the doctor last week for vertigo and got new blood pressure medications!.

I wouldn't try this, but would see another doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
