What can I do to improve asthma ?!


Question: What can I do to improve asthma !?
I already take singulair, allergy meds, I already drink a lot of water, eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables, I already exercise quite a bit!?

I had asthma when I was young!. My father encouraged me to exercise to overcome it!. I played every sport there was, including swimming and lifting weights, to improve my breathing!. I also did daily deep breathing exercises!.
I finally overcame it completely by the time I was eighteen!. It has never bothered me since!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

suffering from asthma for my whole life, it can be a pain!. but relax dont get stressed about it!. always take inhalers!. keep away from cats,dogs!. make sure theres no dust on curtains!. change duvets reguarly , pillows etc!.
dont smoke!! deep breathing!
