Question: Wondering is Biotin safe during pregnancy!?
Was wondering if Biotin is safe to take durring pregnancy!? Have not had a chance to ask my DR!. yet, so I was just trying to get feed back on here!. I am not yet pregnant, but am TTC!. I take the biotin to help of set the hair loss I experince thanks to PCOS!. Any info would be helpful!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Biotin is a vitamin- B7!. It should be perfectly fine to take and is used for hair and nails!. Of course, check with your doctor just in case!.
If you're TTC and are having trouble + hair loss, that could be an indication of anemia or low ferritin!. If you haven't ruled this out, get blood tests!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

honey, I don't know what all your abbreviations are, but you don't take drugs when you are pregnant, not even aspirin!. having a healthy baby is all that matters!. I hope you have the good sense to be married!Www@Answer-Health@Com
