What all natural herbal alternatives can I use to get rid of queasiness?!

Question: What all natural herbal alternatives can I use to get rid of queasiness!?
I recently travelled out of state on vacation and a day after I came back, I noticed that I came down with what I thought was the flu!. The chills, fever, and body aches have subsided but the physical pain in my stomach and intestines still remains, along with the urge to get sick!. What herbal remedies and/or foods can I eat that will calm my stomach!? I just started to get my appetite back yesterday!. For my age, I am a very petite person, so it is very important for me to keep my weight up at where it is!. Any feedback (helpful feedback, no stupid answers) would be helpful!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Ginger tea to help with queasy stomach; sweeten w/ honey if you like!. Or, if you prefer it, crystallized ginger pieces that you eat like candy - delicious!. Any health food store will have it!.

For nutrition, and to coat the lining of the stomach, make a gruel with Slippery Elm bark powder!. If you can't find it locally, buy the capsules instead!. Also eat boiled oatmeal sweetened w/ honey!. If you can tolerate it, mix in a big spoonful of natural peanut butter or other nut butter or sunflower butter!.

What you have sort of sounds like food poisoning, so watch it carefully & consider reporting if you can figure out when and where you picked it up!. Symptoms (queasy after eating) may last a few weeks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
