Try melatonin. You can buy it at any vitamin store near you. I have taken it in the past. I take the 3mg dosage about thirty minutes before desired bedtime with a warm glass of milk. It certainly helps me sleep better and you don't feel groggy the next morning. The great thing too.... it's non-habit forming. I hope this is helpful.
