Ice to head and feet in hot water. The ice makes the veins and arteries in your head contract and the heat makes the veins and arteries in your feet dialate. The pounding sensation stops in the head. I know it sounds crazy, but it works.
just get a fresh air outside of your room or house
chapstick rub on forehead, or the caramex chapstick with camphor
Swing your arms, move your arms vigioursly back and forth.
