Are you having a problem with this?

Carrot juice has a high content of simple sugars, primarily fructose. If you have Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (a fairly common condition caused by use of antacids, especially acid-inhibiting drugs such as Pepcid, Prilosec, and Nexium), the bacteria will feed on the fructose and rapidly multiply. They can literally double their numbers in 15 minutes, producing lots of bacterial toxins in the process. These toxins can induce motility changes, gas, cramping, and/or diarrhea in susceptible individuals.

Hope this is the type of info. you were looking for. Best wishes.

It is high in Beta Carotene

Mostly due to the high amount of fiber in the juice.
