I'm not sure why you're looking for Calcium in fruits.... any of them would only have a minimal amount of Calcium. If you want a natural source of Calcium, you could try milk, dark leafy greens, or several various types that are used in supplemental pills.

Most all fruits have antioxidants in them (most commonly Vitamin C), but some of the fruits that are coming up have an even higher ORAC rating (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity... it measures how powerful of an antioxidant it is). That would be fruits like Blueberries, Amla, Mangosteen, Goji, etc, etc.

Fruits don't really help to build muscle, but you could use the energy you get from the sugar to exercise, and that would build your muscle.

No fruits really help directly with erectile disfunction... but some people may get a psychosomatic effect like an aphrodisiac. Simply put, that means the fruit doesn't give the sexual effect, your brain does.

A far better source of Ca would be green leafy vegatables. Take after cows. Copws eat greens to supply the Ca they ned to make milk.

Calcium from dairy products.
Berries are supposed to be excellent for health.
Ashwagandha is an Indian herb I have heard it is good for sexual problems.It is a tonic that is used in India for a variety of ailments.
