I am Interested to introduce a brand new supplement to the U.S. market.?!

Question: Interested to introduce a brand new supplement to the U.S. market. Can you give me some advice what needs to be done?
Hello,
Does anyone know what needs to be done be able to legally sell a supplement
that does miracles with many different diseases, such as cancer (most of them)(prostate
cancer, melanoma just to name a few), STDs, HIV and AIDS, ulcers, digestive
system incurable diseases, and many other internal and external disorders? This particular supplement is patented and is currently sold in only one country.. Are
there any specific steps that I have to go through??? I would like this product to be sold as a supplement not a drug. I would appreciate your help..
Thanks,
Jack

If you plan to sell it as a supplement, you don't have to do anything. You don't have to prove it works, you don't have to prove it is safe, you don't have to provide evidence that the pills in the bottle contain the labelled ingredients and you don't even need to have your manufacturing plant inspected to make sure it is clean.

You can't claim on the label that the supplement will cure anything, but you can publish a pamphlet claiming such cures as long as the pamphlet isn't displayed right beside your supplement on store shelves. And store clerks can make any verbal claim you want.

Smart move to market it as a supplement in the USA. If you called it a drug you would have to prove it safe and effective, test the pills to make sure they contain the labelled ingredients and have your plant inspected. If you called it a food, you would have to ensure that the pills contain the labelled ingredients and that they don't contain pesticides, insect parts or other contaminants and you would have to have your plant inspected and approved.

If you market it outside the USA, you will likely also have to prove it to be safe, effective and safely manufactured.

PS: for other readers: "Patented" doesn't means something works, just that is different from other patented things.

Well, you're on the right forum. Many worthless cures are promoted here.

If this is such a "miracle" product with all these terrible incurable and many fatal diseases......why has it not been legally marketed as such and sold all over the world? It's really "patented"? Then why have we never heard of it? It would be FDA approved. You never even mentioned it's name.

If you market a supplement and say it cures someone then the FDA will treat your supplement as a drug. Just as a side note, your supplement won't cure crap.
